Women's Jumps Progression Session

Service Description
Course prerequisite: *Be able to pump and manual (without lifting the front wheel with arms). or This session is the next step on from the Intro to Jumps and Drops Course. We have built a range of different size Jump lines to help you progress your style in the air and to develop your confidence. We will focus on the key elements required to build your skills at any level confidently. Session normally in the morning (9.30am to 12.30pm or 1.15pm to 4.15pm depending on date) with fully qualified MTB Skills coach. We will look at the basics first to get rid of any bad habits (if you've picked any up) that can cause problems in the air! A quick warm up looking at proper technique for amplitude: pump, tuck and boost through small jumps. Then we can progress to: Manualling through Jumps. Manual Bunnyhops. Intro to small gap jumps. Ways of developing confidence. Lots of feedback and practice, this is how you are going to develop the skills progressively and understand them. Live video coaching (with an iPad) so we can analyse you're riding together and provide a greater understanding of the fundamentals.
