The Advanced Trail skills are for those wanting to have a go at single track red/blacks and Tech Trails. It's a 2 and a half hours with one of the UK's most experienced female Skills coaches. A quick warm up and skills 'check' by riding sections and features in our private skills area to help build skills and confidence, then onto suitable red trails, looking at features and building flow and confidence. Steeper descents Rooty sections Navigate rock gardens up and down! Advanced Cornering Skills. Depending on group also potential to go onto the natural off piste trails around Afan. Course prerequisite: *Attended a Core skills Course. or *Had a go at Trail Centre Red and Black routes and need more confidence and skills. Lots of feedback and practice, this is how you are going to develop the skills progressively and understand them. Live video coaching (with an iPad) so you can see what you are actually doing.
