Service Description

A full day (9.30am to 3.30pm) with one of the UK's most experienced skills coaches. The key elements that we build into the course are: Bike set up Ready Position Weighting the bike Efficient braking Tips for Climbing Confident cornering Energy management (that elusive Pumping & Soaking up trail features) Manuals (front wheel lift) Riding down a step Riding down steps Confident Descending Keeping it safe: wheels on the ground through Bumps and Jumps. Lots of feedback and practice, this is how you are going to develop the skills progressively and understand them. Live video coaching (with an iPad) so you can see what you are actually doing.
