Session normally in the morning (9.30am to 12.30pm or 1.15pm to 4.15pm depending on date) with fully qualified MTB Skills coach. We will look at the basics first to get rid of any bad habits (if you've picked any up) that can cause problems in the air! So a quick warm up doing bunnyhops and then move onto the smaller table tops and looking at proper technique for amplitude (pump, tuck, boost etc). Then we can progress to: Get familiar with riding taller, steeper, longer lips. Proper technique for squashing/ scrubbing (weight shifting, anti pump etc). Small gap jumps. Ways of developing confidence. Lots of feedback and practice, this is how you are going to develop the skills progressively and understand them. Live video coaching (with an iPad) so we can analyse you're riding together and provide a greater understanding of the fundamentals.
