Service Description
Bespoke Session half or full day with one of the UK's most experienced female Skills coaches, a quick warm up and skills check followed by tour of suitable natural style trails sections stopping to look at features and coaching on them or just fancy a guided ride around. Course prerequisite: *Attended one of our other courses. or *Minimum already riding Trail Centre Red routes. Lots of feedback and practice, this is how you are going to develop the skills progressively and understand them. Live video coaching (with an iPad) so you can see what you are actually doing. We can cater for a 1 to 1 or groups. Post course info: Reminder of skills and tips, links to the course footage (pictures and videos).
