One Giant Leap has formed after the dust has settled from the now infamous NPS downhill track set on the Giant's Foot mountain range at Llangollen. Martin, the farmer has teamed up with some local enthusiasts to create new track’s down the open mountain in the shadow of the NPS track. Originally the track was intended to be an easy and civilised alternative to the NPS track .

GirlMTNbiker (GMB) was set up in December 2010 as a place for female mtbers to hang out on the web.We were fed up of having to flit between multiple forums/sites to try and get information on women’s mountainbiking, so we decided to set up a central hub where you can find out whats going on for female mountain bikers. GMB is a labour of love, not money. We aint getting anything from this (apart from that warm fuzzy feeling you get from helping people.)So let’s get together and share our knowledge, advice, achievements and epic fails to make a community that works for the female mtbiker.
